Fayetteville, North Carolina-August 22, 2011-Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will open in Fayetteville, on Monday, August, 29 2011, at 301 N. McPherson Church Road.
Owner Reid Fogleman is thrilled to bring Mellow to town. "We saw a lot of potential in the Fayetteville market to offer an exciting concept that would be attractive to the community," states Reid.
Mellow Mushroom approaches traditional pizza making as if it were a work of modern art. The high quality ingredients are the building blocks to the delicious food served at Mellow. The menu features an assortment of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones, appetizers, vegetarian and vegan options and gluten-free crust is also available.
The military-inspired fighter-plane wing décor is just one example of how the artwork embraces the local community. This Mellow caters to every diner's needs, featuring a full-service bar with an eclectic combination of micro brews, a large indoor dining area, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit, making this a destination all on its own.
This Mellow will feature an exclusive Beer Club, with select, member-only rewards, a weekly trivia night, live music and community events. The Mellow Mushroom will operate seven days a week Sunday-Wednesday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. and Thursday through Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m.
