Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers to Open a Second Location in Huntsville, Alabama
Huntsville, Alabama-July 12, 2011-Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers will open a second location in Huntsville, Alabama on Monday, July, 18 2011, at 2230 Cecil Ashburn Drive, 35802, in the Jones Valley Shopping Center.
Owner Mark League is eager to open this new Mellow in the South side part of town. "The South side of Huntsville is growing and Jones Valley has become a destination for dining and shopping. Many of the local residents have been asking us for years to open a new location in this neighborhood, and I could not think of a better time."
Mellow Mushroom features a creative menu with an assortment of pizzas, hoagies, salads, calzones, appetizers, vegetarian and vegan options and gluten-free crust is also available. Enjoy dining outdoors with breathtaking views of Huntsville Mountain or choose to dine indoors in a modified 1961 Airstream trailer. A unique mural highlighting the notorious National Parks of Huntsville will feature a stream flowing from the mural throughout the restaurant.
This Mellow will feature an exclusive Beer Club, with select, member only rewards. The Mellow Mushroom will operate 7 days a week Monday-Thursday, 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday and Saturday, 11:00 a.m. to11:00 p.m., and Sundays from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
For 37 years Mellow Mushroom has been serving up fresh stone baked pizza's to-order in an eclectic, art filled environment. Each Mellow is locally-owned and operated with a unique feel, focused around great customer service and quality.
